Using EFT To Easily & Effortlessly Collapse A Needle Phobia

by Kaye on November 19, 2007

I have been working with my daughter on her needle phobia for a long while now, however her impending trip to India meant that she would now have to put our work to the test!

If she wanted to go, she would need 5 different vaccinations in all! And here is an instance when it may well be that the root cause for an issue lies with another person, and not yourself; a phobia that she may well have inadvertently picked up from me, her mother. [click to continue...]

The Best EFT Levels I, II & III Training In London

by Kaye on November 19, 2007

Ok, I may be a little biased here, however I stand firm in my conviction that Alison Munro is one of the best EFT trainers in London - if not the very best!

I make this claim as someone who has experienced her extensive training through Level I, Level II & Level III - Advanced. I was lucky to find Alison from the very beginning as my trainer - however, there must also be a very good reason why so many people who have already completed training with other trainers, come to her to re-do their Levels I, II & III!

This reason is her intense passion for EFT which shines out of every pore in her body, and is so contagious that it causes the learner to re-awaken their own passion for EFT & healing when they experience it all over again with this amazing teacher.   [click to continue...]

Increase EFT Success By Tapping On Both Sides Of The Body

by Kaye on November 19, 2007

As the basic tenet of EFT according to founder Gary Craig, is that ‘The cause of ALL negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system’, newcomers to EFT, will be taught to tap on just one side of the body, ie beginning of eyebrow, side of eyebrow, under eye, under nose, middle of chin, shoulder bone, under arm, and top of head.

However, the body’s energy system is made up of 14 meridians in total, all of these branching out into hundreds of tiny energetic pathways. And as we never really know exactly where a blockage or disruption is, and nor do we have to, to be successful, tapping bilaterally ie on both sides of the body with both hands at one time, is a form of turbo-tapping that will usually speed up the tapping process on an issue considerably.   [click to continue...]

EFT As The Most Effective Program For Weight Loss

by Kaye on November 19, 2007

It is a fact that all diet and exercise plans that require will power ultimately fail. On the other hand EFT, which is a simple easily learnt “emotional acupressure” technique, has the ability to eliminate the need for will power, along with the deep-down underlying causes of emotional overeating.

Working with a trained EFT Practitioner a client is able to locate and neutralise the real drivers in weight loss cases, such as emotional issues like self-worth and anxiety. If these powerful emotions are not fully and properly addressed and resolved, the client’s will power will always take a back seat, allowing the need for ‘comfort foods’ to win out every time; each time attaching a little more guilt to the situation.

Working with EFT on weight loss, the client will learn that using sugar or overeating as a way to numb feelings keeps you caught in a vicious circle, where it is impossible for any diet in the world to actually help. EFT ignores the popular nutritional law of calorie restriction, and instead focuses on the emotional imbalances that cause the overeating in the first place; the cravings, the hunger pangs, the poor eating habits, bingeing episodes, daily stress, past issues still affecting the present, family history of obesity.   [click to continue...]

The Difference Between Organic & Non-Organic Eggs

by Kaye on November 8, 2007

Our parents, and their parents before us ate foods that were less tampered with by manufacturers. Today however, if we want to eat foods free from additives and preservatives, we need to be both adamant and determined in educating ourselves about where we can find these foods.

Take the simple egg for instance; growing up we were always told that eggs were good for us, and those of us lucky enough actually got to experience what it felt like to hold a newly hatched warm egg in our little hands.

Today however, eggs are one of the basic simple foods where manufacturers have put profit over goodness and health. The simplicity and honest goodness of an egg is under threat, and we are recommended to buy ‘organic’ eggs as opposed to just the normal farm eggs.  [click to continue...]

Hot Bikram Yoga

by Kaye on November 6, 2007

I am on a mission and determined to pay attention to the universe and what it is trying to say to me - to really learn to read the signs - sit up and take notice - to listen.

So when for the second time in 9 months, yet another friend of mine said ‘there is a special offer on at Hot Bikram Yoga in Fulham for 10 lessons for £10, do you want to come with me’ I said yes this time.

As well, working with me on Weight Loss will mean that the commitment required is a holistic one, incorporating EFT, Hypnotherapy, healthy eating, as well as effective and purposeful exercise that encourages the most weight loss. When working with you, I will know what you are capable of because I will have been there and tried and succeeded at it myself. So as I become 58 december coming, there will be no excuses. I will listen to Bikram Choudhury when he says you arenever too old, never too late, never too sick, never to bad to start from scratch and begin again”. [click to continue...]
