What’s the new Apple iMac got to do with your emotional & spiritual healing? Good Question.  Following on from my last post ‘Time to Track Down your Own Personal Healing Nemesis’, I promised you some common examples of these nemesis’ as well as some nemesis-busting Matrix Energetics & Yuen Method tools for helping you speed up your evolution as 2012 draws closer.  So in this post we kick off with a very common issue with many clients at the moment, which is one of Mission in Life, Soul Purpose, Helping Earth and Others, & Career Change; and more to the point finally identifying your true inner Genius.  And guess what? This week as I tried to seemlessly transition from a PC to an Apple iMac I found myself spending time at The Genius Bar of the Apple Shop in Brighton East Sussex whilst buying my beautiful iMac.  

Now all Apple devotees already know that an Apple store is a very special place; so special in fact that as the Apple Press states, “Found in every Apple Retail Store, The Genius Bar is home to our resident Geniuses.  At the Genius Bar you get friendly, expert advice.”

“The Genius working with you gathers information about your system to resolve your issues and answer your questions.  If for any reason your product requires repair, the Genius will discuss repair options, explain any charges before checking in your equipment for repair.”

So are you listening to your Inner Genius right now? Are you in a job or career that brings you joy? And if not, what exactly are you intending to do about it?

It is important to realise that this feeling of dis-ease about what we do each and every day to earn a living is now becoming an issue that we ignore at our soul’s expense; and we are not alone.  However, slowly but surely, many of us are finally paying attention to the whisperings of our Inner Genius.  Some of the questions that are surfacing are : -

• What outstanding gifts did I bring with me into this world that I am ignoring?
• What sort of working environment is best suited to my temperament and being
• Am I happy working in a city environment, or would a country environment be  more suitable in the future
• Are my co-workers and boss the type of people that I would like to continue spending so much of my life with?
• And most of all what truly brings me the greatest joy?

And even if the questions we are being asked to consider, cause fear and anxiety, at least we can now be sure that we are beginning to intuitively hear our Inner Genius. So many of us remain oblivious and totally asleep.  Congratulations! That is a start. From here on in keep your ear to the ground, and look out for the breadcrumbs along the way that will surely lead you to your ‘right’ work.

In the mean time,for the third year in a row, Apple has been named the World’s Most Admired Company by Fortune Magazine – this year by the widest margin ever. To be admired involves sterling reputation, integrity, trust, but mostly Apple is a company that has single-handedly changed the way we do everything.  It is time to begin the admiration of our own selves, to invest in our own integrity and trust, even if doing so requires us to deeply, and fundamentally change the way we ourselves do things .  .  . are you ready for major change? If so Matrix Energetics and The Yuen Method can help turbocharge your transformation.

As soon as we begin to recognise the fact that other possibilities exist – just watch those miracles begin to appear in your life – one by beautiful one .  .  .

A common theme running through energy sessions with clients lately is what I have nick-named ‘The Spiritual  or Emotional  Healing Nemesis’.   I define the spiritual or healing nemesis as that one sticky, thorny, area or aspect of our lives that, whatever we try, and however long we stick at it,  we never manage to either transform , or shake off.  Thing is, having created such powerful realities that we have projected outwards, we are now realising that these battles or dark aspects are not only all within ourselves, but also a necessary evolutionary process that cannot be avoided.  And if you are asking – well how do I finally achieve spiritual enlightenment now, when all my life  my efforts have come to nothing? Well, let’s take a look.

The dictionary defines the word ‘nemesis’ as; (1) something that a person cannot conquer, achieve etc – eg The performance test proved to be my nemesis.  (2) an opponent or rival who a person cannot overcome. (3) in Greek Mythology Nemesis was the Goddess of divine retribution.  (d) an agent or act of retribution or punishment.  By extension, a ‘nemesis’ is an avenger – and one’s nemesis is that which will bring on one’s destruction or downfall.

And in fact if you think of this sticky dark aspect as a waterfall, which then runs into a river, what I can say for sure is that all our healing efforts have been merely dealing with the shallower streams, brooks and tributaries, that have been fathered by the river.  In other words, symptoms upon symptoms upon symptoms.  It is now time to go to the ‘Source’ of the river ie the source or root of the dark sticky aspect – no pun intended!   We now need to connect through our hearts to the Source – God or what ever name label or philosophy that feels most comfortable with you.  And try not to use this as yet another stumbling block on the path to transformation.

We are being urged to identify destructive behavioural patterns that keep us chained to the past;  to blast through and transmute all the fear, negativity, insecurity and vulnerability standing in the way of us becoming who we truly are.

• Time to discover that inexhaustible source of power that lies within us
• Time to confront what we need to finally face
• Time to stop all the self-defeating actions
• Time to really go for it and finally accomplish all that we wish for in our heart of hearts
• Time to accomplish this work whether we work on our own (and we can) or whether we work with someone else – someone else who is able to hold the space for you as you transform, and begin to choose from infinite possibilities

The very good news though, is that alongside all the planetary messages, there is a serious amount of love and guidance now coming through to us; empowering us all to finally get our act together in accordance with 2012.  And our Heart Chakra is the tool of the moment that is opening and aligning with these new energy methods and planetary frequencies to easily and effortlessly do this last frontier work for us.

Aiding and abetting the Heart will be understanding and forgiveness for all the hurt and the pain of the past.  And who would disagree with the Dalai Lama when he advises us that the number one requisite of a life  is compassion.  Compassion for ourselves, as well as  love and acceptance of each other whilst we do this work.

So what’s your own personal spiritual emotional healing nemesis? In future posts we will discuss and share some of the major spiritual nemesis’ that stop us in our tracks.  Then it’s time to get down and dark as we explore and identify the ultimate Matrix Energetics and Yuen Method ‘nemesis’ busting tools for transformation.  Working in groups is going to be an important and transforming feature for the new age coming, as we learn that as we help each other, so we also help ourselves.

If like me you have been on a search for real milk that hasn’t been processed, pasteurized (heat treated), homogenized or added to, or had bits taken away, then if you live in the UK, you are going to love the availability of country fresh organic raw milk available by internet and delivered to you in the city direct from the farm! Having lived in central London nearly all my life, and whilst learning and leaning towards more natural nutrition I was forever on a mission to find ‘raw’ milk.  It seemed that you could only get this pure product if you were lucky enough to live near an organic farm in the country.

Of course all milk starts off as ‘raw’ milk whether organic or not.  However historically the problems associated with ‘raw’ milk have been to do with the health risks, particularly with tuberculosis, brucellocis, and bad bacteria such as Salmonella, E. coli & Campylobacter.  With the introduction of pasteurisation, milk was sterilised of these harmful elements, hence the reason for the Food Standards Agency Health Warning “This milk has not been heat treated and may therefore contain organisms harmful to health” on each bottle.

Historically there were problems many years ago.  Before pasteurisation, raw milk had associated health risks, and Tuberculosis and Brucellosis were found in many herds at the time, and these diseases could be passed on through the milk. Also, the actual milking process was very basic allowing contaminants into the milk.

Today however in the UK these baddies are virtually eliminated from all herds, following a stringent eradication programme over the last few decades.  This programme at Hook & Son involves advanced sterile milking equipment, strict hygiene standards, regular analysis & bacteria tests at the milking plant and regular inspections by the Food Standards Agency.  This ensures that Hook & Son produce the cleanest milk with all the benefits of the good bacteria kept in, without any of the problems associated with the past.  In other words the ‘raw’ milk you consume will be a whole food product, and in my humble belief, one that is naturally and easily assimilated by the human body, and so not rejected and possibly the cause of lactose allergies.

It’s that time of year again – Valentine’s Day! The month in the calendar devoted to everything to do with love & romance.  So which group do you belong to? The ones eagerly looking forward to the big day, OR, the ones secretly dreading it BIG time?

The truth is – even if you are in a relationship, at this time of year the pressure is on to prove it is THE great relationship.  And if you are still in search of the Mr Right or Miss Right, well best stay indoors away from the lovey dovey restaurants and the loved-up people walking around with armfuls of red roses!

As I come across any tips within the field of energy that after having tested them, I feel them worthy of being passed on, I will gladly do so within this blog.  And here is a fabulous one which I have picked up and tweaked a bit from The Barefoot Doctor.  I am half-way through his brand new book ‘Super Charged Taoist’ and highly recommend it as I am enjoying it immensely.

I love to run on my treadmill every day unless stuff gets in the way and I find it absolutely impossible to do so.  Personally, I find that energy-wise it accomplishes some remarkable healthy benefits .  .  . however more of that in a following post – for now here is the great energy tip: -

The Barefoot Doctor advises that as you are walking along, you do the following: -

• As you put your weight on your left foot, you press your right thumb and middle finger together
• As you put your weight on your right foot, you press your left thumb and middle finger together

According to the Barefoot Doctor, doing this when walking distances is a superb way of gathering power and energy as you walk along – allowing you to walk far further than normal, and eventually getting you to your destination with a sense of feeling powered up and supercharged.

I started to do this whilst walking, and was amazed at how simple and effective it was.  One day whilst on my treadmill, I had the idea to apply it to my running – and Bingo! It works like a treat.

At first it may feel a little like that funny thing we used to do as kids – tapping your head and rubbing your belly at the same time – and this will make you laugh.  However, persevere and if you again get ‘kerfuffled’ ie in a tizzy all over again, then just laugh again and keep on starting over.  In no time you will be doing it correctly, as if you have been doing it forever.

Be sure to try  it and see.  Each day using this simple Energy Tip, I seem to be able to easily & effortlessly extend both the distance and speed that I run at, and still finish up feeling focused and powered up for the day.  You can download the energy tip for walking from The Barefoot Doctor’s website www.superchargedtaoist.com, as well as some other useful ones.

Making New Year’s resolutions used to be BIG – everyone did it and it was the talk of January, whether amongst friends and family, as well as on the News.  The feeling now however seems to be why bother? For even whilst making them we can smell the potential for defeat, and failure, that lurks beneath leading us on to feeling worse off when we fail, than we even felt before we ever made the wretched things in the first place! So what if this year you decided to try something different – to use Matrix Energetics & The Yuen Method to easily and effortlessly melt through the self-sabotage? After all didn’t Einstein say that problems can’t be solved at the same level of consciousness that created them?

Take for instance our ‘usual’ annual resolution to adopt a better attitude to our personal health and fitness.  A usual January news tidbit is about January being the busiest month for people taking up a gym membership.  However, what they hardly ever point out, is the severe decline by March of members actually turning up, and the amazing fact that gyms actually profit from our good intentions, and our less than energetic attitudes to attendance!

The sad fact is that most of us would rather keep paying the monthly fee, rather than cancel our membership.  We know that paying the monthly fee holds out some tiny hope that we might sooner rather than later get the necessary ‘resolve’ we need to actually turn up and do a workout.  Somehow just cancelling the membership feels like such a cop out – damn – we’ve failed yet again and it is only March – well how pathetic – so let’s get that big character-bashing stick we keep close-by and have a good go at ourselves?

We are so used to the constant obstacles that get in the way, as well as the huge resistance that manifests re our dearest hopes for the New Year, that we never even get to a stage where we wonder what it is that seems to go wrong, nor let alone dare to hope for something different this year.

A Happy Healthy and Successful New Year to you all.

It is also the year when I totally follow through on the transformation of my own self, by carrying these amazing and wonderful changes through to my website.  My poor website has sat and waited patiently for me to come back to it a brand new and spanking version of the old me.  As anyone who has ever been to a Matrix Energetics seminar led by Dr Richard Bartlett will know – just one seminar will  illuminate your old thinking to the extent that at the end of the weekend you will be wondering ‘what the hell happened?’

So can you imagine what it has been to find my self here today – entering into the year 2010 having been over a period of time totally immersed into my training with some of the finest thinkers and teachers in the Healing profession.

However first a little recap – whilst  part of the world of Clinical Hypnotherapy and feeling something was definitely missing I first dabbled into the intriguing Gary Craig world of Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) finishing up with an Advanced Practitioners certificate – a Certificate I gained through working with one of the most passionate teachers of the subject you are likely to come across in London – Alison Munro.

In fact it was with Alison Munro that I travelled to Romania to do Reconnective Healing Seminars with Dr Eric Pearl.  After a very early start and a long journey  I found myself sitting a few rows away from Dr Eric Pearl at the friday night introductory evening.  I had kicked off my shoes, and was settling in for the lecture when within ten minutes of the start, I found myself up on stage having my frozen shoulder worked on  . . . . barefooted!

Eric was sweet and kind and I was hooked.  I had been having treatments of all sorts on my shoulder and nothing really stopped the pain.  Whereas I was only able to hold my arm up to about shoulders height, now within minutes I was able to raise my arm up to the ceiling.  I was also interviewed by the local TV station, and even the Deli lady near our Hotel recognised me as she had seen my interview on the news.   Needless to say the seminars over the days I was there were a total eye-opener to me and I really don’t think I have looked back since.  Apart from which Eric Pearl activated my hands whilst working with me and they have definitely led a totally different life since – they seem to have taken on a life of their own – doing things that I still remain in awe of!

Along my road of healing I was next blessedly led to Dr Richard Bartlett and Matrix Energetics.  Yet another wonderful and charismatic teacher, and through my trainings with him I have also had the extreme good fortune to study The Yuen Method with the wonderful Dr Hector Garcia.  Dr Garcia can usually be seen on stage with Dr Richard Bartlett at most of the Matrix Energetics Seminars.  The Yuen Method originated with Dr Kam Yuen, however in Dr Garcia’s expert hands The Yuen Method dovetails beautifully and elegantly with Matrix Energetics.

And it was this ultimate and turbocharged combo that set me alight and caused me to rethink my entire thinking around my own healing first of all, and then in due course towards what I would now offer to my clients within my Healing Practice.

Along with all the knowledge that has been entrusted to me by these amazing Teachers, every last one of them a chiropractor, has been the realisation that each one of us humans come with a biocomputer – the only thing is -  we were never given an owner’s manual on how to fully operate our biocomputers!

These new ways of thinking about Healing although steeped in the new ‘physics’ are ultimately based on the wisdom and secrets of the past, transforming & improving the way we use our minds and bodies.  Traditional techniques  combined with the latest knowledge of physiology, biochemistry, quantum physics, and psychology which enable us to make powerful changes quickly.

I thank these amazing Teachers deeply, for now I am in a place where instinctively I have always dreamt of being.  I now have a new set of tools even more powerful to help you improve the everyday quality of your life.  So please bear with me as I work on my website to ‘morph’ it more fully into a whole  new reality – A reality which will encompass not just adults but children and pets as well working on all the 22 different levels of our existence  . . . . some of which are money & finances/Relationships/Health/Fitness/Occupation & Career/Age/Future.

Ok, I may be a little biased here, however I stand firm in my conviction that Alison Munro is one of the best EFT trainers in London – if not the very best! I make this claim as someone who has experienced her extensive training through Level I, Level II & Level III – Advanced. I was lucky to find Alison from the very beginning as my trainer – however, there must also be a very good reason why so many people who have already completed training with other trainers, come to her to re-do their Levels I, II & III!

This reason is her intense passion for EFT which shines out of every pore in her body, and is so contagious that it causes the learner to re-awaken their own passion for EFT & healing when they experience it all over again with this amazing teacher.  

I first came across Alison whilst I was training at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis in London, when I chose her to be my tutor on my Diploma course in Hypnotherapy. And when I learnt that she was an EFT Trainer, I choose her to continue and to professionalise my long-time interest in EFT.

I now no longer do EFT, concentrating fully on Matrix Energetics, & The Yuen Method and some other Quantum Energy Therapies of my own development, however if you are into EFT, trust me, Alison is your Girl.

Our parents, and their parents before us ate foods that were less tampered with by manufacturers. Today however, if we want to eat foods free from additives and preservatives, we need to be both adamant and determined in educating ourselves about where we can find these foods.

Take the simple egg for instance; growing up we were always told that eggs were good for us, and those of us lucky enough actually got to experience what it felt like to hold a newly hatched warm egg in our little hands.

Today however, eggs are one of the basic simple foods where manufacturers have put profit over goodness and health. The simplicity and honest goodness of an egg is under threat, and we are recommended to buy ‘organic’ eggs as opposed to just the normal farm eggs. 

It is however necessary to check the true meaning of the manufacturer’s farmyard claims. And that goes for both ‘organic’ and non-organic eggs. What exactly does outside access mean, and what is the quality of the ground these hens have access to? There is a great deal of difference between a cement courtyard and a lush field fit for foraging.

Whilst some suppliers are now beginning to become transparent in so far as their products are concerned, some are deliberately using publicity that is confusing; mood eliciting words like ‘farm’, ‘barn’ are used to lure us into a false premise of country goodness.

Mother Earth News in the US, in a recently finished egg-testing project, confirms their 2005 test results showing that true free-range eggs are far more nutritious than commercially raised eggs; and that if we make an effort to track down ‘honest to goodness’ quality eggs we will be rewarded with : -

• 1/3 less cholesterol
• 1/4 less saturated fat
• 2/3 more vitamin A
• 2 times more omega-3 fatty acids
• 3 times more vitamin E
• 7 times more beta carotene

With any program for weight loss or general good health, it is necessary to make good choices regarding the food we buy and eat. The simple egg is a good way perhaps in beginning to make a healthy start.
