In response to my last Post ‘Learning to Access the Leader Within’, I received emails re Frank H Netter M.D.’s amazing book ‘Atlas of Human Anatomy’.  Netter’s work as a brilliant and widely popular Medical Artist is renowned worldwide – and indeed my second hand copy is an old one from Churchill College Library Cambridge.  The drawings are so exquisite and used traditionally by medical students.

I love using this book for my energy work, as it precisely helps me track down blockages and areas of energy disruption within the body.  I recommend it highly as an aid for all of you doing this work – and it is a bit pricey – however a second hand one will do fine if you can find one.

I use my left hand [a sincere thank you to Dr Eric Pearl for personally activating it!] to scan the drawings – veins/muscles/organs/spinal cord etc.  Other ways to have a go of this cool method are: -

• Using any of the methods of finger muscle testing, that you may be familiar & proficient with
• Using a pendulum
• Or just an energised hand if you are able to pick up strong & weak tests
• Do remember you are just looking for STRONG or WEAK testing – check your testing to verify which is your own personal strong and which is your weak
• And yes – it is important in the lead-up to 2012 that all of us be personally able to fine-tune and run-to-ground all and any blockages – the aim here is to eradicate all fear and leading to self-empowerment

A little while ago, I was at Marseilles airport and on my way back to the UK when I spotted a newspaper headline that read: ‘A Squalid Day for Democracy’, which sent me into a reverie of thought.  Soon after voting I had taken off to Provence to visit my son and his family, so I had been a little out of the loop.  The situation was anything but clear as the Parties plotted and schemed their way through the business of putting into place a ruling coalition.  At one hysterical moment, it looked as if the two losing parties might join together to make the ruling coalition.  Interestingly, the Party with the very least amount of support ,was THE Party with the most power at the time and calling all the shots! With my plane delayed due to a recurrence of the Ash problem, I spent the time thinking of the subtle but underlying changes happening to us and to our planet.  There is no doubt about it – the major theme of the coming age looks set to be personal empowerment. Slowly but surely, more and more of us are being forced by external circumstances to begin to look to the leader within, as opposed to the leader without.

Yes, perhaps we are a bit confused and undecided as to the exact path this should take, as results of the UK vote showed, however, the die has been cast.  As we begin trusting our own inner guidance, and accessing knowledge from multiple dimensions, we are set to create our own landslide shift in world consciousness.  Throughout the world, we are beginning to question the old forms of responsibility from church to government to banking.  Our leaders not just in the UK, but worldwide are  beginning to experience the general populace as not so easily led or duped.  Having always traditionally and culturally deferred to the leader without – larger and larger amounts of us are beginning to defer to the leader within, and to question how personal and world Power is used and more often than not, misused.

Slowly but surely at this important time, the greatest need will be to look within to find our teachers and guides, as opposed to the old way of looking without – and this is the focus of this Post today. By learning to channel for ourselves, we gain access to information from the highest realms and therefore to powerful conscious transformation and amazing shifts in our evolution.

In learning to channel you will meet your Guide who will prove a trusted friend who will always be there for you , to love encourage and support you and to ensure that you are in the right place at the right time.  Higher Guides do NOT take over or control you.  In fact they are the epitome of tact and discernment, always showing you better or more advantageous routes that lead to your Higher Purpose.  Higher Guides aim to enable us to achieve new levels of personal power and growth, and will always teach and encourage us to learn to rely on our own inner guidance, even over their advice, because, they will never take away the lessons that we are meant to learn.

Those who channel report feelings of being: -

• more grounded
• more stable
• more in charge of their lives
• more connected to their Higher Purpose
• more able to access unbelievable knowledge that in the old way would take years of study [for instance by 'playing' with Energy - I say playing as I came across this totally by accident - I could scan and locate in my Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy a precise point/vein/ligament etc within the human body where some kind of blockage is affecting the client - I call them the rocks in the stream!]

Previously where it took years and years of study for working with our guides, now for various reasons mostly huge vibrational waves/frequencies of light and information reaching the Earth, upgrading and affecting our DNA,  it is now possible to have access to this all encompassing knowledge.

As well, instead of the old form of channelling in ‘trance’ where you would come to, not know what the heck went on, and had to have someone else update you [a form of Chinese whispers!] – now this type of channelling is a totally conscious one.   One which allows the person doing the channeling to hear and interact with the information coming through, as well as have more control over which guides they connect or do not connect with.

This new form of  ”channeling will give you the wise teacher you seek, one who comes from within rather than without”.  A fabulous book that will turbo-charge your ability to channel is ‘Opening to Channel - a beautiful inspiring and empowering channelled work by Sanaya Roman and her loving Guide Orin. We all have the ability to connect with a high-level Guide, and according to Orin, Sanaya Roman’s Guide, ‘The only requirements are your desire and intent to do so”.

Opening to Channel: How to connect with your Guide by, Sanaya Roman & her Guide Orin & Duane Packer & his Guide Daben, is the perfect book to learn how to channel in this new way. And those of you fearful of ’surrendering’ to being in trance, will be delighted that this is no longer necessary and that you too can achieve ideas, knowledge, wisdom and creativity to instill some necessary magic into your lives.

Expanding on our ‘Nemesis’ Series of Posts and understanding of these issues that keep us stuck – well here’s one that falls slap bang in our continuing ‘nemesis posts‘ and within the area of healthy boundaries, and healthy balance of power within our relationships.  Know any narcissists? And what exactly is a narcissist? Well read this e-book, check out the characteristics, and count how many light-bulb moments occur for you.  

Blog authors, Lori Hoeck Of Think Like a Black Belt & Betsy Wuebker Of Passing Thru, have produced an amazing and entirely free piece of work that should be considered essential reading to anyone who have had to deal with difficult and puzzling people.  The ebook is called “The Narcissist – A User’s Guide”.  And before we dive in, here is a quick recap of  a personal ‘nemesis’ – ‘a sticky, thorny, area or aspect of our lives, that whatever we try, and however long we stick at it, we never manage to either transform, or shake off for good’.

The point here is to remember as Lori and Betsy point out early on in The Guide, is that, ‘Dysfunctional people are a part of life. They help us grow emotionally and spiritually as we learn to deal with out anger toward them or we let go of needing to control them’.  True healing is being able to recognise and identify the buttons these people push that provoke certain reactions within us; to understand also that some people need to elevate their own self-worth by diminishing ours.

The ebook features many stories of those who have survived a relationship with a narcissist and survived to tell the tale.  The ones who have, tell humbly of the denial involved – their co-dependency – the outright unwillingness to believe due to “the addictive hold the whole dynamic has for the narcissist, and to a lesser extent the narcissist’s enabler in the relationship”.  Until one day the certain realisation dawns, as Clarissa Pinkola Estes points out in Women Who Run With The Wolves; that “When the soulful life is being threatened, it is not only acceptable to draw the line and mean it, it is required.”

With recognising and identifying however comes the necessary healing – the dawning that you may indeed have tired of feeding this particular dynamic – the lesson has been learnt – and it is time to move on to better times – to times when your body, mind and spirit are free to just be – no more walking on eggshells – no more games, no more traps, no more put downs, and most of all NO more manipulations – to even believe that it is possible to attract new more healthy relationships with people more on an equal healing level.

To have gained the awareness that those well-used buttons used by our narcissist were merely ‘buttons of unresolved fears or pain’ within us is a sobering event, though one that propels us forward from that old place of pain.  Will it be easy once you get to this point of no return and release the hold of the narcissist? That depends, however, do take careful note here, of the recommendations of Lori and Betsy in relation to your personal safety!

Have faith at this time however, and begin to discern what is truely happening within.  For underneath it all will be a recognisable feeling of a ‘high five from your Higher/Authentic Self as you re-join and realign body mind and spirit,  and realise with certainty that this major and important life lesson has been accomplished. Woo Hoo – way to go!

And even if you feel the need to occasionally look behind for any sign of that familiar spectre of the old ‘nemesis’, realise that the addiction to that situation is now over – that any needs, self-doubts that may have been met from that old situation, now actually can and need to be fully met by yourself, as each day you grow stronger and stronger.

As The Guide predicts “You finally learn that “kindness doesn’t come with strings attached; manipulation does.”

Coming across an image of these adorable Easter Bunny baskets in my junk folder, I knew immediately that they would make the best Easter presents for the little ones in my life.  Instead of clicking delete, I checked out the site which turned out to have some really wonderful gift items.  For some unknown reason, this caused me to begin to sift and sort through the internal junk folder of my life.  What are those ideas, the plans, the adventures, the dreams, long forgotten and still buried away in your internal junk folder?  You know, the ideas, the plans, the dreams and adventures long thrown out.  

For instance, at 16 wanting to become an osteopath, I made an appointment at the school of osteopathy in London to check it out.   How amazing that coming across those innocent little bunnies, would flip the lock open to such long forgotten memories.  All these aspects I once thought important, though for whatever reason, they all seemed to fall by the wayside and end up in my internal junk folder.  It now makes me smile to consider that the energy healing teachers I have been most inspired by all started out as chiropractors; and that the spinal cord is such a feature in my sessions with clients.

If you can, allow these ideas, the plans, the adventures, the dreams, still buried away in your internal junk folder to re-appear like tiny bubbles up to surface.  Which ones immediately jump to mind; pay particular notice as they may be a BIG hint for all those responding to a calling deep within; those now interested in changing career at the moment.

As you pursue the relentless search for true purpose, why not curl up somewhere quietly this Easter with some very good nice 70% chocolate, and go through your own junk folder? Some Hotel Chocolat Nibbly Nibs would be ideal for this!  Light a fire, choose a deep comfy sofa,  - you may as well – the Easter weekend weather forecast in the UK is truly awful!

Go ahead – delve deep – locate your own inner bag lady [or bag man] follow that important breadcrumb trail and see what clues lie there waiting to be revealed.  You never know what jewels you may find – perhaps even stumble across the divine purpose – the reason you now remember you came here on this earth for, at this particularly auspicious time on the planet.

Tune in to some Energy Healing with nature this Spring Equinox, Saturday 20th March at 17:32 pm UK time.  Spring Equinox is especially linked with nature; a day when both sunrise and sunset are exactly 12 hours apart giving us equal hours of the day and night.  For all those asking ‘when is spring?’, especially after the tough winter we have had, well here we go!  From here on in, the days will lengthen and our nights will shorten.  So how exactly do we both celebrate and harness the energy healing that accompanies this important annual planetary change?  

Having been a total city girl, now relocated to the country, I have learnt well, and take my cue from Machaelle Small Wright in her book The Perelandra Garden Workbook [a must for anyone wanting to work energetically with Nature Spirits].  Machaelle says of her garden, “At the equinox moment, I sense the transfer of the entire garden from the devic level, to the nature spirit level.  I also sense a shift in the overall dynamic of the garden from one of planning to one of action”.  She also adds that on a personal level, she herself, also feels the very same dynamic as with the nature cycle – a”transfer of energy and the shift of intent from planning to action  .  .  . I start to see my personal direction start to unfold in clearer, more tangible ways after the spring equinox”.

Today, still moving along with the ‘Nemesis’ series of Posts, I  ask that you take the opportunity this Mother’s Day to consider some emotional healing with your relationship with your Mother [UK 14th March/US 9th May - click for yours if different]. Yes, I know you have been waiting for years for her to change, before you can truly & emotionally accept her.  But here’s the trick – people very rarely change so as to accommodate us! It is always US who have to do the changing, the re-perception as it were of what the situation actually entails.  In fact I will go as far as saying: these people in our lives – the ones we have the most difficulties with, are actually the ones who teach us the most.  Again here I may be out on a limb, but suppose we actually put these specific people in place on our ‘blueprint of life’ before we actually got here for evolutionary reasons? Suppose instead of seeing people as challenging and damaging, we were to see them as puzzle pieces to our ’soul quest’ in this life.  That would turn the situation right around – instead of being the ‘victim’, we would now be the one moving into ’self-responsibility’.  Instead of being in the backseat as a passenger on a dangerous ride to nowhere, we could now become the driver – the one in control of the how’s & where’s of this particular journey.  How does this sound? Probably good – as I am assuming you have exhausted every avenue on this particular issue and put in the hours of various therapies, which is why you may be reading this now.  So let’s have a look at how using Matrix Energetics & The Yuen Method can help you to begin to identify new possibilities.  

Energy tips for today:

• Using Matrix Energetics you ‘drop down’.  See the excellent Glossary in Dr Bartlett’s 2nd book ‘The Physics of Miracles’ for a detailed description of this term.  Basically it is a change within, from head-centred consciousness to one of heart-centred awareness or ‘emotional intelligence’.  In this place we let go of all distracting monkey-mind chatter, of the regret and remorse of the past, and the fear and anxiety of the future – here we drop down into a pure theta state (7-4) cycles per second.  And as we hold this state we access the right brain and it’s subconscious awareness – in this amazing space we are able to notice and not analyse or judge.
• Using a Yuen Method basic – we next bring our awareness to the ‘central line’ ie our spinal cord – visualise it in it’s entirety and hold your awareness there.  This is your neutral point – this is where you cannot be pushed or pulled – this is where you maintain your strength – this is where you alleviate all stress.  To strengthen this place within, you can also put your hand on your chest on the midline – notice this is something we all do subconsciously sometimes to calm ourselves.  Another energy tip is to place your tongue on the roof of your mouth to the front – as you do in yoga.  As well, turn your toes inwards – this will help with strengthening this neutral place within.  Use these tips to calm all stress in the presence of difficulties whether with a person, or a situation.

It is vastly humbling as a mother myself to realise that as mothers we come to the job with own ‘hurts’, mostly oblivious to the harm that we pass down to our own children, until we finally learn to see the big picture.  If I consider my mother, her mother before her, and the mothers on my father’s side of the family now passed, I see and feel their ‘hurts’.  However I also see them as human’s, being all they could, and totally congruent with the knowledge of their times.  It is our job as children of those women to strive for more with our children – to be more congruent with the world as it is today – to not get bogged down as we head towards 2012.  As a beautiful being I have had the pleasure of meeting, called David Hand says “With each passing lifetime, humankind has endlessly played out every conceivable permutation of the human condition. People have played each role time and time again.  Every situation explored to exhaustion. Whether the lessons have been learnt well or not, this school is about to close”.

Before this school of life closes, and on this Mother’s Day let us celebrate Motherhood, and the Divine Goddess, (whether remembered or not by our Mothers)! Let all the frustration and despondency, the hopelessness just drain from our bodies. Let us be aware from moment to moment that this is a journey of awareness, where we learn to see ourselves as we truly are – and make no mistake about it – our outcome will totally depend on what we find, when we fearlessly look within.

I promise you – if you can make this change within yourself about another person – watch the speed at which that very person makes a giant step forward, affecting beneficial changes within your situation.

What’s the new Apple iMac got to do with your emotional & spiritual healing? Good Question. Following on from my last post ‘Time to Track Down your Own Personal Emotional Healing Nemesis’, I promised you some common examples of these nemesis’ as well as some nemesis-busting Matrix Energetics & Yuen Method tools for helping you speed up your evolution as 2012 draws closer.  So in this post we kick off with a very common issue with many clients at the moment, which is one of Mission in Life, Soul Purpose, Helping Earth and Others, & Career Change; and more to the point finally identifying your true inner Genius.  And guess what? This week as I tried to seemlessly transition from a PC to an Apple iMac I found myself spending time at The Genius Bar of the Apple Shop in Brighton East Sussex whilst buying my beautiful iMac.  

Now all Apple devotees already know that an Apple store is a very special place; so special in fact that as the Apple Press states, “Found in every Apple Retail Store, The Genius Bar is home to our resident Geniuses.  At the Genius Bar you get friendly, expert advice.”

“The Genius working with you gathers information about your system to resolve your issues and answer your questions.  If for any reason your product requires repair, the Genius will discuss repair options, explain any charges before checking in your equipment for repair.”

So are you listening to your Inner Genius right now? Are you in a job or career that brings you joy? And if not, what exactly are you intending to do about it?

It is important to realise that this feeling of dis-ease about what we do each and every day to earn a living is now becoming an issue that we ignore at our soul’s expense; and we are not alone.  However, slowly but surely, many of us are finally paying attention to the whisperings of our Inner Genius.  Some of the questions that are surfacing are : -

• What outstanding gifts did I bring with me into this world that I am ignoring?
• What sort of working environment is best suited to my temperament and being
• Am I happy working in a city environment, or would a country environment be  more suitable in the future
• Are my co-workers and boss the type of people that I would like to continue spending so much of my life with?
• And most of all what truly brings me the greatest joy?

And even if the questions we are being asked to consider, cause fear and anxiety, at least we can now be sure that we are beginning to intuitively hear our Inner Genius. So many of us remain oblivious and totally asleep.  Congratulations! That is a start. From here on in keep your ear to the ground, and look out for the breadcrumbs along the way that will surely lead you to your ‘right’ work.

In the mean time,for the third year in a row, Apple has been named the World’s Most Admired Company by Fortune Magazine – this year by the widest margin ever. To be admired involves sterling reputation, integrity, trust, but mostly Apple is a company that has single-handedly changed the way we do everything.  It is time to begin the admiration of our own selves, to invest in our own integrity and trust, even if doing so requires us to deeply, and fundamentally change the way we ourselves do things .  .  . are you ready for major change? A common theme running through my Matrix Energetics & Yuen Method energy sessions with clients lately, is what I have nick-named ‘The Spiritual  or Emotional Healing Nemesis’.   I define the spiritual or healing nemesis as that one sticky, thorny, area or aspect of our lives that, whatever we try, and however long we stick at it,  we never manage to either transform , or shake off.  Thing is, having created such powerful realities that we have projected outwards, we are now realising that these battles or dark aspects are not only all within ourselves, but also a necessary evolutionary process that cannot be avoided.  And if you are asking – well how do I finally achieve spiritual enlightenment now, when all my life  my efforts have come to nothing? Well, let’s take a look.

The dictionary defines the word ‘nemesis’ as; (1) something that a person cannot conquer, achieve etc – eg The performance test proved to be my nemesis.  (2) an opponent or rival who a person cannot overcome. (3) in Greek Mythology Nemesis was the Goddess of divine retribution.  (d) an agent or act of retribution or punishment.  By extension, a ‘nemesis’ is an avenger – and one’s nemesis is that which will bring on one’s destruction or downfall.

And in fact if you think of this sticky dark aspect as a waterfall, which then runs into a river, what I can say for sure is that all our healing efforts have been merely dealing with the shallower streams, brooks and tributaries, that have been fathered by the river.  In other words, symptoms upon symptoms upon symptoms.  It is now time to go to the ‘Source’ of the river ie the source or root of the dark sticky aspect – no pun intended!   We now need to connect through our hearts to the Source – God or what ever name label or philosophy that feels most comfortable with you.  And try not to use this as yet another stumbling block on the path to transformation.

We are being urged to identify destructive behavioural patterns that keep us chained to the past;  to blast through and transmute all the fear, negativity, insecurity and vulnerability standing in the way of us becoming who we truly are.

• Time to discover that inexhaustible source of power that lies within us
• Time to confront what we need to finally face
• Time to stop all the self-defeating actions
• Time to really go for it and finally accomplish all that we wish for in our heart of hearts
• Time to accomplish this work whether we work on our own (and we can) or whether we work with someone else – someone else who is able to hold the space for you as you transform, and begin to choose from infinite possibilities

The very good news though, is that alongside all the planetary messages, there is a serious amount of love and guidance now coming through to us; empowering us all to finally get our act together in accordance with 2012.  And our Heart Chakra is the tool of the moment that is opening and aligning with these new energy methods and planetary frequencies to easily and effortlessly do this last frontier work for us.

Aiding and abetting the Heart will be understanding and forgiveness for all the hurt and the pain of the past.  And who would disagree with the Dalai Lama when he advises us that the number one requisite of a life  is compassion.  Compassion for ourselves, as well as  love and acceptance of each other whilst we do this work.

In future posts we will discuss and share some of the major spiritual nemesis’ that stop us in our tracks.  Then it’s time to get down and dark as we explore and identify the ultimate Matrix Energetics and Yuen Method ‘nemesis’ busting tools for transformation.  Working in groups is going to be an important and transforming feature for the new age coming, as we learn that as we help each other, so we also help ourselves.
